Ce diagnostic est valable durant <\/span><b>10 ans<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Cependant, ceux effectu\u00e9s entre d\u00e9but 2013 et fin d\u00e9cembre 2017 ont expir\u00e9 au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2022, tandis que ceux \u00e9tablis entre le 1er janvier 2018 et le 30 juin 2021 \u00e9taient valables jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le <\/span><b>diagnostic de performance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pr\u00e9sente une \u00e9tiquette simple \u00e0 lire, classant le logement de A (tr\u00e8s performant) \u00e0 G (tr\u00e8s consommateur d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie). Il faut savoir que seuls les logements disposant d\u2019un DPE r\u00e9cent, \u00e9tabli apr\u00e8s le 1er juillet 2021 et class\u00e9s de A \u00e0 E, sont accept\u00e9s. Toutefois, les h\u00e9bergements d\u00e9j\u00e0 propos\u00e9s en <\/span><b>location courte dur\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9chappent \u00e0 l\u2019obligation de conformit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, mais devront se classer D au plus tard en 2034. Par ailleurs, cette obligation ne s\u2019applique pas \u00e9galement aux locations utilis\u00e9es comme habitation principale par le loueur. Un <\/span><b>logement principal<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tr\u00e8s \u00e9nergivore pourra \u00eatre mis en location de courte dur\u00e9e par son occupant pendant ses p\u00e9riodes d\u2019absence, dans la limite annuelle fix\u00e9e par la commune, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s 2034.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La loi Le Meur a pour ambition de diminuer progressivement la diff\u00e9rence de r\u00e9glementation entre les <\/span><b>locations \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et les locations de courte dur\u00e9e. Le seuil minimal de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour louer un meubl\u00e9 de tourisme sera fix\u00e9 \u00e0 la <\/span><b>classe D<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> du DPE d\u00e8s le<\/span><b> 1er janvier 2034<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sans distinction de lieu. Les logements not\u00e9s E, F ou G ne seront alors plus autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre lou\u00e9s \u00e0 des vacanciers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 partir de 2034, tout propri\u00e9taire de location touristique pourra \u00eatre sollicit\u00e9 par la mairie pour pr\u00e9senter un <\/span><b>diagnostic de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> valide dans un d\u00e9lai de 2 mois. Si ce document n\u2019est pas remis dans les temps, une p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 administrative de <\/span><b>100 \u20ac par jour<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sera appliqu\u00e9e.
