"We own an apartment in the center of Nice, in a beautiful old building, but not in the Carré d'Or or on the Promenade. We occupy it for six months of the year, and have decided to rent it out on a short-term basis the rest of the time. Given its location, which is not exceptional, and the very strong competition in Nice, we needed to "stand out from the crowd", which meant getting good reviews quickly. The design of the ad, and above all the quality of the service, were therefore paramount. We entrusted management and concierge services to Romain Maison and Léo Mounzer, and we're delighted with this choice at the end of our first season. They took care of everything: advertising on specialized platforms, reservations, customer reception, housekeeping and laundry, pure concierge service with suggestions for activities, restaurants, bars, etc., always very well targeted to the profile of the clientele.
