Léo, co-founder of My Guest Relation, has extensive experience in the hospitality and customer service sector.
Right at the start of his career, he found himself at the head of a family restaurant in Grenoble. He then moved to the Côte d'Azur to work as a ground handler in the private aviation industry, where he applied reception and VIP service protocols. His career then took him to the luxury hotel industry, where he held the positions of Guest Relation and Duty Manager.
Today, as an essential pillar of My Guest Relation, his priority is to maintain standards of excellence in all aspects of rental management. What he particularly appreciates in his work is the human touch.
A graduate of the Lycée Hôtelier de Lyon, Romain forged his expertise after a career rich in experience in the luxury hotel industry, working in 5-star establishments in London, Rome and Paris.
The year 2018 marked a turning point in his professional life as he decided to join forces with Léo to found My Guest Relation. Today, he oversees the management of exceptional properties with strategic vision and rigor thanks to his experience in reception and hotel management.
What really excites him is the uniqueness of each property, which he sees as a boutique hotel to be optimized, a challenge to be met!
Loïse began her career in the demanding world of luxury real estate, where she developed a keen sense of service and discretion.
Today, as an independent partner of My Guest Relation, she efficiently manages your high-end rental property in Cannes and Antibes. Having undergone extensive training at our vacation rental agency, Loïse has acquired in-depth knowledge of our quality standards and service philosophy.
She thrives in her role at My Guest Relation, cultivating trusting relationships with owners through her professionalism and commitment to perfection.
